Diverting calls for a UK mobile can either be done from your phone or via the network website depending on the network, For most UK networks there is no cost to set up the divert and diverted calls are charged in line with your calling plan. Since my office number uses normal UK numbers the calls will normally be included in your inclusive minute. In the case of a few networks, such as T mobile the call divert is not included in the inclusive minutes.
